HealthPartners Clinic Stillwater is looking to hire a Lead Registered Nurse to join our Family Medicine team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.

Position Summary:

The purpose of this position is to effectively provide quality service to our patients, make independent nursing diagnoses and develop plans for care, create and implement dynamic teaching plans based on patient need and act as a resource for other staff members. The RN Lead provides clinical and workflow leadership for day to day functions within assigned area, including providing patient triage via telephone and in-clinic, and other applicable RN duties and is expected to provide exceptional customer service to ensure an environment that fosters positive interactions with all internal and external customers. This position is expected to support the mission, goals and objectives of the Stillwater Medical Group.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday: 7:30AM-5:00PM
  • Tuesday: 7:30AM-5:00PM
  • Wednesday: 7:30AM-5:00PM
  • Thursday: OFF
  • Friday: 7:30AM-5:00PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: OFF

Required Qualifications:

Education:
* Completion of an accredited nursing program. Current RN licensure for MN and WI
* Current BLS certification
* ACLS preferred

Skills required:
* Excellent verbal and written skills in English
* Excellent customer service skills; tact and diplomacy in interpersonal interactions with patients/families/clinic staff members. Demonstrate compassion and caring in all interactions
* Ability to interact positively with people from various cultures and backgrounds
* Understanding of patient education needs, able to effectively share information with others
* Ability to learn, retain information regarding patient care procedures
* Ability to plan, prioritize and complete delegated tasks. Remain calm in stressful situations
Experience required:
* Minimum equivalent of two years' recent nursing experience in ambulatory care or equivalent one year recent experience in an acute care setting preferred (The experience requirement will be up to the discretion of the nursing supervisor)

Computer proficiency:
* Keyboarding skill
* Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and clinical software (Epic preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in leadership role preferred
