The Eating Disorders Clinic Manager provides frontline operational leadership within the UC San Diego Health Eating Disorders Clinic. This role is responsible for coordinating daily clinic operations, supervising nursing, dietary, kitchen, and administrative staff, and ensuring exceptional patient-centered care for individuals with eating disorders. The Manager supports a multidisciplinary care model, promotes access to timely services, and helps maintain a safe, compassionate, and efficient clinical environment. This position plays a critical role in optimizing patient flow, supporting care coordination, enhancing patient experience, and ensuring adherence to UCSD Health policies, regulatory standards, and best practices in behavioral health and ambulatory care. Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $149,700 - $297,700 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $71.70 - $142.58 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable). | |
