Job Summary:
Our Wisconsin School of Business Undergraduate Employer Engagement Team is focused on supporting student career exploration and development through providing students the opportunity to connect directly with employers and alumni across a full spectrum of business Career Pathways. The Employer Engagement team works to build relationships with employers, students and alumni to guide our partners as they seek to successfully recruit and hire talent, and support the career exploration and development of our students. Additional responsibilities supporting the Undergraduate Program are also part of this role - including collaboration with internal and campus stakeholders including student organizations, MBA/Master's career services and Industry Relations teams. Ideal candidates will exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills, strong customer service mindset, a desire to participate in a high-performing and collaborative team setting and competency in working effectively with students and staff. Wisconsin School of Business, Undergraduate Program Office Compensation:The minimum salary for the position is $65,000. Actual starting salary will be based on experience and qualifications.
