Sports Creative Advertising Producer
Location: Culver City, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $59.70/hour
Overview
Our client is seeking a Sports Creative Advertising Producer to support A/V marketing campaigns for premium live sports programming on a leading streaming platform. This role will partner with creative, production, and marketing teams to develop and deliver compelling advertising assets across television, digital, social, and owned media channels. The ideal candidate has a strong background in entertainment and live sports marketing, understands the pace and demands of live sports campaigns, and is passionate about creating best-in-class creative work. Experience supporting campaigns for professional sports, broadcast, streaming, or entertainment brands is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
Campaign Production
- Support the development and execution of A/V marketing campaigns for live sports programming.
- Coordinate the production of trailers, television spots, social media content, digital advertising, and other campaign assets.
- Assist with campaign planning, scheduling, and execution from concept through final delivery.
- Ensure all creative work meets brand standards and project objectives.
Project & Vendor Management
- Track agency deliverables, project milestones, schedules, and budgets.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with external creative agencies, production partners, and vendors.
- Coordinate project timelines and ensure deliverables remain on schedule.
- Monitor project progress and proactively communicate risks or changes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with creative, marketing, production management, editorial, and finishing teams throughout campaign development.
- Facilitate communication across internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Support creative reviews, approvals, and asset delivery processes.
- Help ensure alignment across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced production environment.
Creative Operations
- Assist in developing creative solutions that support campaign objectives across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate the production of derivative campaign assets, cutdowns, and platform-specific creative.
- Support quality control throughout the creative development process.
- Contribute to process improvements that increase production efficiency and collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience producing creative marketing campaigns within entertainment, streaming, television, film, or live sports.
- Experience managing multiple creative projects simultaneously in a high-volume environment.
- Experience supporting integrated advertising campaigns across:
- Television
- Digital
- Social Media
- Print
- Strong understanding of creative production workflows from concept through delivery.
- Experience collaborating with external agencies, production companies, and creative vendors.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high creative standards while balancing multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns for live sports or sports entertainment.
- Familiarity with professional motorsports and soccer marketing.
- Experience producing both live-action footage-based campaigns and motion graphics-driven creative.
- Strong understanding of advertising formats and platform-specific creative requirements.
- Passion for sports, entertainment, and premium streaming content.
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
