Clinician - Healthy Transitions (Full-Time) Starting Salary Range ($70k-$80k) Location: Woonsocket, RI The Healthy Transitions (HT) Team at Community Care Alliance is recruiting a clinician to support our transition-aged participants (15-26 years old) who struggle with serious mental health concerns & co-occurring disorders, and who have not typically benefitted from traditional outpatient services. Priority populations for HT programming include young people experiencing their First Episode of Psychosis (FEP) or serious mood disorders, and those who have previously experienced residential placement/ youth aging out of the foster care system. The clinician works closely with other team members, including a case manager, nurse, vocational specialist, peer, and psychiatrist. The HT clinician provides individual, group, and family therapy to a caseload of 15-20 people. In addition, the clinician will provide education and serve as a liaison to community organizations, family members, and the community regarding behavioral health and First Episode Psychosis.
