Description

Catholic Charities Maine in Portland has a Full-Time opening for an Integrated Programs Administrative Assistant - Reception for our Behavioral Health Network. The Integrated Programs Administrative Assistant - Reception is the person whose responsibilities include assisting the program to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for callers, visitors, and support to staff. This individual will monitor the waiting room, alerting the Supervisor on Duty and other appropriate staff for assistance if needed. The individual is also responsible for the completion of routine support staff functions, including appointment scheduling and telehealth suite support.

Qualifications

Qualifications:



  • Eligible candidates shall have a minimum of an Associates Degree, or equivalent experience and/or training.
  • Shall have two (2) years' experience in a responsible position or equivalent sufficient to indicate the ability to carry out the responsibilities of this position.
