Bechtel is building a semiconductor manufacturing plant in New Albany, Ohio. We are partnering with the North America Building Trades Unions and suppliers to create several thousand new jobs and work with local education organizations to implement new training programs that will support the future talent pipeline. Bechtel Manufacturing & Technology, Inc. offers engineering, procurement, and construction services for customers in the semiconductor manufacturing, electric vehicle, and data center markets. Headquartered in Reston, Virginia, the M&T global business unit also includes colleagues working in Arizona, Ohio, Texas, India, andadditionalproject locations around the world. Job Summary:
This role provides the oversight of the Module Handover from concept to completion as a liaison between the OSM team, Field Engineering and Construction. The role will provide technical and management oversight of activities relating to the planning, development and delivery of the relevant scope. The work will require coordination with the OSM Subcontractors, Supply Chain, Materials Management and Logistics to ensure an integrated plan for turnover of the module to Construction. The individual in this position has a key role in the coordination for supporting Construction's plan of the project module assembly in such a way that it can be executed to achieve optimal, predictable outcome related to safety, quality, schedule and cost. This role will have close interaction with the OSM Subcontractor to ensure completeness of each module. In scenarios where a module cannot be 100% complete, this role will ensure that after all efforts have been exhausted, a clear scope has been identified, budget trended and work package planned for Construction to complete in the field. Advanced, proactive communication and collaboration will be required to achieve success in this position. Your leadership will help ensure goals are attained, schedules are met, modifications are made as necessary, and reporting requirements are fulfilled. This position will be based to the Project Site in New Albany, OH, but will be remote from London for a minimum of 6 months before mobilizing to the Project Site. #LI-CL1 Major Responsibilities:
