PC Deployment Technician Lancaster, PA Looking for an opportunity to expand your IT experience in a professional enterprise environment? Join a team responsible for deploying and supporting end-user technology across the organization. This role offers hands-on exposure to modern endpoint management tools, Windows deployments, Active Directory administration, and enterprise device lifecycle management. What You'll Do * Configure, image, and deploy Dell laptops and desktops * Support device provisioning and management through Microsoft Intune * Join devices to Active Directory and apply Group Policy configurations * Perform hardware setup, testing, and quality assurance checks * Maintain asset inventory records and ensure accurate device tracking * Assist with technology refresh initiatives and deployment projects * Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to deployed devices * Provide support to end users during deployment activities * Follow established processes while contributing to continuous improvement efforts What We're Looking For * Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments * Familiarity with Active Directory, user accounts, and group management * Exposure to imaging, deployment, or desktop support activities * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail * Professional communication and customer service abilities * Ability to work independently and within a team environment Preferred Experience * Microsoft Intune * SCCM * Asset management or inventory tracking * Desktop support or technical support experience * Device deployment or refresh projects * Active Directory and Group Policy Technology Exposure Windows 10/11 \| Microsoft Intune \| Active Directory \| Group Policy \| SCCM \| Device Deployment \| Asset Management \| Desktop Support This role is ideal for someone looking to build on existing IT support experience while gaining exposure to enterprise-level endpoint management and deployment technologies.
