Salary: $150,000 - $200,000/annually + Equity

Location: Midtown Manhattan - *5 days a week onsite*
About the Role

As a Sales Engineer, ML & Analytics, you will help found and scale a critical function at the intersection of product, growth, and data science.

You will serve as our primary pricing, machine learning, and analytics subject matter expert. In this high-impact, cross-functional role, you will partner directly with our Product and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to win enterprise deals, shape product direction, and build immediate credibility with senior revenue management leaders. Your mission is to translate our advanced platform capabilities into the language of VPs of Revenue Management, Asset Managers, and Data teams.

We are looking for someone who operates like a founder: eager to own ambiguous problems, drive complex deals forward, and help define how we win with data-driven buyers.

Key Responsibilities Own Data-Driven Sales Support
  • Partner with Sales & AEs: Act as the technical and analytical heavyweight on strategic enterprise deals.

  • Deliver High-Impact Demos: Lead tailored product demonstrations for CFOs, CROs, VPs of Asset Management, and data operators, translating platform features into clear pricing workflows and revenue outcomes.

  • Bridge the Gap: Serve as the translator between our technical ML capabilities and real-world revenue management operations.

Be the Credibility Layer for Data-Driven Buyers
  • Build Trust: Engage directly with prospect leadership to validate our analytical rigor and data science models.

  • Tackle Complex Technical Q&A: Confidently navigate detailed pricing and ML workflow discussions, including:

    • Dynamic pricing models and demand forecasting.

    • Lease trade-out optimization and comp set analysis.

    • Occupancy and revenue attribution workflows.

    • Model explainability, accuracy benchmarking, and audit readiness.

  • Position for Scale: Establish our platform as the gold standard for precision, performance, and scalability.

Shape Product via Customer Insights
  • Close the Feedback Loop: Translate recurring objections, feature gaps, and workflow needs into actionable insights for our product teams.

  • Collaborate with R&D: Partner with Product and Engineering to refine pricing/ML features and prioritize roadmap investments.

  • Define Excellence: Help establish what "best-in-class" looks like for revenue management workflows within the platform.

Drive GTM Strategy for Pricing & Analytics
  • Enable the Team: Support positioning, messaging, and enablement for revenue-management-specific use cases across the broader GTM organization.

  • Build the Playbook: Create robust demo environments, playbooks, and repeatable narratives tailored to pricing and analytics personas.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who combines deep analytical expertise with a builder mindset:

  • Experience: 2-4 years in Asset Management, Pricing Analytics, Sales Engineering, or a highly related technical/analytical role.

  • Domain Familiarity: Experience working at or closely with tech startups (PropTech, FinTech, ERP, or enterprise SaaS).

  • The "Translator" Skillset: Proven ability to seamlessly translate complex data between finance, product, data science, and technical teams.

  • Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build immediate trust with senior finance and revenue stakeholders.

  • Founder Mentality: Highly autonomous, action-oriented, and comfortable charting a path through ambiguity.

  • Growth Mindset: Genuinely excited to help define a brand-new function from scratch and directly influence product direction.
