**Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate closely with stakeholders to author comprehensive program charters, defining scope, timelines, objectives and key results, resourcing, and identifying potential risks and dependencies for foundational programs.

* Develop detailed project plans that segment initiatives into distinct phases, clearly outlining risks and dependencies.

* Collect and analyze program progress data from stakeholders, maintaining accurate project trackers and status reports.

* Execute program tasks with a keen eye on product excellence, inclusion, and brand trust, gathering data to inform mitigations, post-mortems, and escalation reports.

* Facilitate productive and efficient meetings, ensuring clear objectives and actionable outcomes.

* Craft and deliver program communications in close partnership with stakeholders, ensuring they are well-organized and accessible to immediate program teams.

* Clearly document team roles and responsibilities across various projects.

* Develop stakeholder maps in collaboration with program stakeholders, proactively identifying and coordinating resolutions for any misalignments.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Demonstrated proficiency in user understanding and empathy.

* Proven experience in Team Management.

* Strong capabilities in Continuous Improvement methodologies.

* Expertise in Planning and project strategizing.

* Exceptional skills in Stakeholder Management.

* Experience with Portfolio Management.

* Sound Technical Judgment.

* Proficiency in Execution and Governance practices.

* Ability to effectively manage Organizational Change.

* Excellent Communications Management skills.
