Job description
Position Responsibilities
- Assist the executive with administrative and personal duties while prioritizing and facilitating communication within and across departments.
- Manage and coordinate the executive calendar, including travel arrangements and departmental meetings and events.
- Coordinate and assist with special projects as needed, including research, documentation, reporting, presentations, and analysis.
- While working on projects, maintain a sense of ownership and involvement in the process to help manage and reach departmental goals.
- Attend meetings, keeping record of meeting minutes and following up with team members on assigned action items as needed.
Here's What We're Looking For
- 5 years of related executive administrative assistant experience is required.
- Associate's level degree or higher
- Detail-oriented, extremely organized, and able to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment with very strict, changing deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and writing skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management, with a high level of customer service.
- Professional and poised, exercising independent judgment and discretion while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
- A computer skills wizard, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
