Gallo Glass, established in 1958, is a state-of-the-art highly-innovative glass manufacturer committed to meeting the needs of its customers while minimizing its impact on the environment. The largest glass plant on the West Coast, and the only glass plant in the world solely dedicated to the wine and spirits industry, Gallo Glass is a family owned and operated company. Come see for yourself and join Gallo Glass: California Pure. A Taste of What You'll Do As a Senior Project Engineer at Glass, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of manufacturing by leading projects that bring new systems, capabilities, and innovations to life. Working cross-functionally, you'll partner with operations, maintenance, vendors, and leadership to design, build, and start up capital projects that directly impact safety, quality, efficiency, and cost performance. In this role, you'll take ownership of projects from concept through execution-developing scopes, aligning resources, managing budgets, and ensuring timelines are met. You'll translate complex plans into real-world installations, guiding projects through design, construction, and start-up while navigating competing priorities across scope, schedule, and cost. Along the way, you'll influence key decisions and ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards. You'll lead multiple projects or components of larger initiatives, coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery. Your ability to communicate clearly, build alignment, and remove roadblocks will be essential as you drive progress and maintain momentum. This is an exciting opportunity to make a visible impact-improving existing systems, supporting new product commercialization, and helping build the next generation of glass manufacturing capabilities. If you enjoy solving complex problems, working in a dynamic environment, and delivering results that matter, this role offers the chance to grow your career while making a meaningful difference.
