APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Develop and maintain SysML models supporting complex system architectures Apply MBSE methodologies to system design, functional decomposition, and interface definition Support requirements development, traceability, verification, and validation activities Collaborate with systems, software, hardware, and test engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle Conduct trade studies and architectural analyses to support engineering decisions Integrate requirements management tools and system models to support digital engineering initiatives Support DoDAF and digital architecture framework development activities Drive adoption of MBSE best practices across engineering teams Participate in Agile development activities and cross-functional technical reviews Job Requirements What You'll Bring: 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, MBSE, Digital Engineering, or related engineering disciplines (or 3+ years with a Master's degree) Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related STEM field 3+ years of hands-on experience using MBSE tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining SysML models, including behavioral, structural, and requirements diagrams 3+ years of experience performing requirements management using DOORS, DOORS Next Generation, or similar tools 3+ years of experience supporting system architecture development, functional decomposition, and interface definition What Sets You Apart: Experience applying systems engineering principles throughout the product lifecycle Experience working in Agile development environments Experience supporting Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), defense, aerospace, or other complex mission-critical systems Experience implementing MBSE methodologies across large-scale engineering programs Knowledge of DoDAF or similar architecture frameworks Experience conducting trade studies and systems-level analyses Strong understanding of digital engineering principles and model integration techniques Ability to communicate complex system designs through models and architecture artifacts Strong collaboration and leadership skills in cross-functional environments Interest in applying AI-driven approaches to systems engineering and process improvement Additional Information: Position is fully onsite in Dedham, MA Flexible 9/80 work schedule available (every other Friday off) Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check Occasional overtime may be required based on program needs In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
