Do you want to do work that matters, alongside supportive leaders who will help you grow faster than you ever thought possible? Are you a creative problem-solver who is energized by challenges? You've come to the right place. YOUR IMPACT
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of McKinsey's Revenue Growth Management (RGM) product portfolio by defining and executing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our technology-enabled solutions.
Working closely with Periscope, Marketing & Sales, engineering, design, and client service leadership, you will ensure our products address the evolving needs of clients while supporting the firm's strategic growth ambitions.
You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for RGM Solutions-from product strategy and roadmap prioritization to feature development, commercialization, adoption, and ongoing enhancement. You will also have full ownership of the RGM Solutions P&L, managing investment priorities, commercial performance, and portfolio profitability while balancing client impact with sustainable growth. You will oversee the evolution of existing RGM products, identify new product opportunities informed by client needs and market trends, and drive integration with Periscope capabilities, external technologies, and emerging AI solutions to create differentiated client offerings.
You will partner closely with engineering, data science, and delivery teams to ensure products are built with scalability, usability, and measurable client impact in mind. You will also work alongside Client Service Teams to support successful deployments, gather user feedback, and translate client insights into product improvements that continuously strengthen our solutions.
A key aspect of your work is driving product adoption and commercial success. You will shape product positioning, value propositions, pricing strategy, and go-to-market approaches, while partnering with client development teams to increase awareness and adoption of RGM Solutions across the firm and in the marketplace. You will monitor product performance, client adoption, financial results, and market trends to inform investment decisions and maximize portfolio impact.
You will contribute to the long-term product vision and technology strategy for Periscope's RGM offerings. You will help establish product management best practices, codify methodologies, mentor product managers, and foster close collaboration across product, technology, and consulting teams to accelerate innovation and deliver next-generation commercial capabilities for our clients.
