Job Overview
The Hubbell Enterprise Marketing (HEM) Manager, User Experience is responsible for leading the development and execution of cohesive brand experiences across Hubbell's portfolio of businesses. This role partners closely with creative, marketing, and business stakeholders to build scalable brand visual systems, strengthen brand consistency, and deliver high-quality creative solutions across digital and corporate channels. The Manager, User Experience leads a team of designers focused on brand guideline development, Ux/UI, web design and creative for corporate initiatives. This role defines creative direction in alignment with enterprise brand strategy and ensures that all visual outputs reinforce Hubbell's brand standards while enabling flexibility across business units.
