  • Previous CNC Programmer experience required
  • Must be able to speak, read and understand English
  • Ability to work from verbal and written instructions
  • Operation of small power tools, other hand tools and computerized and high-pressure


What You Do:

Progression beyond CNC Router Operator III
* Technical authority for CNC routing and programming
* Creates, modifies, and optimizes CNC programs
* Applies SolidWorks and Mastercam to production machining
* Translate SolidWorks models into production toolpaths
* Modify and optimize Mastercam program tool paths to maximize efficiency
* Select tooling, feeds, speeds, and cut strategies
* Support first-article runs
* Resolve program-related quality and dimensional issues
* Establish programming standards and best practices
* Support operator training
* Drive CI in cycle time, quality, and tool life
* Lead programming-related kaizen activities
* Serve as escalation point for CNC programming issues
* Support audits and inspections
