As a vital member of our clinical operations team, you'll provide administrative support to ensure our practice runs smoothly and efficiently. In this dynamic, fast-paced role, you'll be the friendly face that plays a key role in creating a positive, efficient, and compassionate environment for both patients and clinical staff. The Senior Practice Assistant provides advanced administrative support to ensure efficient clinical practice operations under minimal supervision. This role serves as a key resource for scheduling, registration, billing, and patient service processes while supporting daily office operations and staff. What You'll Do: * Schedule patient appointments and maintain appointment records. * Assist callers with inquiries and coordinate appointments. * Process billing forms and scan documents into patient medical records (LMR). * Serve as a Super User for scheduling, registration, and billing systems, providing guidance and training * Perform advanced scheduling functions, including surgical scheduling and schedule management. * Provide functional guidance to Office and Practice Assistants. * Support the Supervisor in overseeing daily practice operations. * Handle messages related to prior authorizations, provider inquiries, prescription refills, and test results. * Collect patient co-payments as needed.
