This is an exciting senior creative leadership role where you will ignite and guide the creative vision for a critical market segment. You will lead a talented team, originating compelling campaigns and overseeing high-stakes localization efforts that resonate with deep cultural precision. This position offers the chance to be the primary strategic creative voice, collaborating with global Brand and Strategy leads to define and execute the creative direction for this vital market. What You'll Do

• Lead, direct, and elevate an established team of bilingual writers and editors, setting the benchmark for creative excellence across all initiatives targeting the US Hispanic market.
• Drive original campaign concepts from inception while overseeing critical, high-profile transcreation and localization projects, ensuring cultural accuracy and impact.
• Serve as the senior creative partner to executive cross-functional teams, articulating strategic decisions and defending creative work with conviction and expertise.
• Act as the subject matter expert on the evolving US Hispanic demographic, spanning Gen Z bilinguals to Spanish-dominant households, ensuring all creative work resonates with profound cultural precision.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Associate Creative Director (or equivalent Senior Creative Lead) role within a major advertising agency or a top-tier global brand.
• Demonstrated track record of team leadership, including directing writers, making high-level creative calls, and adeptly managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing high-concept campaign origination, sophisticated cultural adaptation, and elite copywriting/transcreation for major brands.
• Native bilingual and bicultural proficiency, with complete fluency in US Spanish and English, coupled with deep lived insight into regional linguistic nuances and acculturation levels.
