Step into a pivotal role where you will champion our most significant accounts, forging deep, strategic partnerships with senior decision-makers across marketing, HR, procurement, and business leadership. As a Client Leadership & Growth Executive, you won't just manage accounts; you'll be a consultative strategist, a compelling storyteller, and a growth driver who orchestrates Aquent's staffing, workforce, and technology solutions to solve complex organizational challenges. Your expertise will directly influence client success, expand service adoption, and drive long-term business growth, blending strategic relationship management with financial acumen and a tech-forward mindset to maximize value for our partners.

Core Responsibilities



  • Deepen Partnerships: Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across matrixed enterprise accounts, seamlessly navigating complex procurement environments.
  • Drive Consultative Growth: Uncover client priorities, strategically position Aquent's differentiated solutions, and actively pursue expansion opportunities through disciplined account execution.
  • Deliver Compelling Stories: Lead high-impact client presentations, business reviews, and strategic discussions with confidence and clarity, articulating value and vision.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner effectively with internal teams including Recruiting, Operations, Marketing, Product, and Legal to design and deliver seamless, tailored client solutions.
  • Optimize Performance: Manage your portfolio like a business, meticulously balancing growth, profitability, and overall client health to ensure sustained success.
  • Lead with Data & Tech: Leverage market data, financial metrics, and AI/automation tools to drive smarter decisions and significantly improve client outcomes.
  • Solve Problems at Pace: Act swiftly and decisively to resolve challenges, remove operational bottlenecks, and maintain stellar client retention rates.


Required Qualifications



  • Enterprise Growth: 5-10 years of consultative sales or account management experience within staffing, workforce solutions, or professional services (digital, creative, or technology verticals preferred).
  • Matrix Navigating: A proven track record of growing large enterprise accounts, adeptly navigating procurement-led sales cycles, and influencing C-suite stakeholders.
  • Tech-Forward Execution: Demonstrated experience using data, financial metrics, and modern technology/AI tools to optimize sales effectiveness and drive results.
