About the Role

Are you ready to shape the future of product development? As a vital member of our team, you'll be instrumental in transforming initial concepts into tangible, high-quality products that delight consumers globally. Your expertise will directly influence the fit, construction, and overall integrity of our offerings, ensuring they meet the highest standards of excellence and deliver an exceptional experience. You will drive the on-time development and delivery of assigned styles, playing a crucial role in bringing innovative designs to market.

What You'll Do



  • Coordinate fit and construction processes from initial concept through commercialization and production for assigned styles.
  • Create and revise comprehensive Tech Packs, maintaining all necessary development documentation, including product specifications and prototype notes.
  • Track and facilitate prototyping activities across the technical design team to ensure smooth progress.
  • Collaborate with design and manufacturing partners to ensure design intent is met while optimizing for manufacturability.
  • Provide innovative solutions to complex construction and fit challenges.


What You'll Bring

Must-Have Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in apparel design, textile science, or a related field. (2+ years of additional product creation experience may substitute for a degree).
  • Minimum 5+ years of technical design experience within the apparel industry, covering the full development cycle from inception through production (including pattern making, grading, construction, materials, costing, manufacturing, and quality).
  • Strong understanding of patterns and garment construction principles.
  • Proven experience with fit sessions and prototype development.
  • Expertise in Tech Pack creation and writing detailed product specifications and construction standards.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and CLO.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret design intent and propose alternative solutions when necessary.
  • Experience collaborating with factory vendors to ensure manufacturability.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Desired Skills & Experience



  • Experience with industry-standard CAD pattern design software.
  • Familiarity with collaboration and project management tools.
  • Prior experience in performance or athletic apparel.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
