What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a high volume of positions, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Support critical recruitment staff and participate in key reorganization initiatives.
• Assist in conducting comprehensive new hire orientations, particularly for union employees.
• Leverage various job boards and recruitment tools to attract top talent.
• Screen resumes and manage large applicant pools efficiently using Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Create and maintain detailed Excel spreadsheets with numerous data points to track recruitment status and report weekly progress.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to drive recruitment results and meet strategic objectives.
• Maintain composure and accuracy in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-volume recruiting environment with multiple moving parts.
• Proven work experience in full-cycle recruiting, including resume screening and managing large applicant pools using Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated ability to create complex Excel spreadsheets for data tracking and reporting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to drive results through collaborative stakeholder engagement.
