  • Collaborate closely with the Design Director to align on project deliverables, timelines, objectives, and overall creative consistency.
  • Take full ownership of projects, organizing, tracking, and managing tasks while keeping the team informed on progress.
  • Provide creative exploration and concept ideas, staying ahead of design and beauty trends to bring innovative ideas while maintaining core brand consistency.
  • Attend briefings and regularly check in with leadership to review work in progress and refine designs based on feedback.
  • Proactively coordinate with other departments and the Project Manager to ensure timely delivery and keep all relevant parties informed.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the brand's evolving aesthetic, ensuring all designs consistently reflect its identity.
  • Organize and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), asset archives, and branding guides.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, reactive environment, comfortably managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Capable of working independently, solving problems, and making informed design decisions while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Responsive to constructive project feedback, quick to action changes with precision and creativity, regardless of project size.
