About the Opportunity

We are seeking a structured and adaptable professional to join our client's team. In this role, you will dedicate a significant portion of your time to executing standard project management responsibilities, ensuring marketing projects move seamlessly from kickoff to completion. The remainder of your time will involve providing essential system, technical, and administrative support, including system tracking and process workflows. This blended role offers a unique chance to impact both strategic project delivery and operational excellence, with the administrative component expected to decrease over time as you grow within the organization.

What You Will Do

• Oversee diverse marketing projects from initiation through to successful completion, ensuring all established processes are rigorously followed and deliverables are met within stipulated timelines.
• Provide hands-on technical and operational support by diving deep into internal workflows and systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions as needed.
• Demonstrate exceptional adaptability by flexing your time investment based on project demands, including dedicating a higher percentage of your efforts to critical system initiatives during peak periods.
• Contribute to the overall success of marketing campaigns and initiatives by ensuring operational efficiency and project integrity.

Role Type & Opportunity

This is a unique temp-to-perm opportunity, beginning with a 3-month initial contract. This period allows for a mutual evaluation of performance and cultural fit, with strong potential for conversion to a permanent/direct hire position. The role offers a clear growth trajectory, with the administrative support component anticipated to decrease over time as you become more integrated into project leadership.
