Shipping and Receiving Clerk Requirements 1+ years of experience Previous experience in shipping and receiving, logistics, transportation, warehouse administration, or supply chain operations preferred Strong computer, data entry, and Microsoft Office skills Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems is a plus Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and strong professional work ethic Job Duties Process and verify shipping and receiving documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and shipment records Maintain accurate shipment data and inventory information within company systems Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers, drivers, and warehouse teams Prepare shipping labels, manifests, and required transportation documentation Perform data entry, track shipment statuses, and update logistics records Assist with inventory audits, reporting, and general administrative support Resolve shipment discrepancies and communicate priority updates to supervisors and warehouse personnel Support efficient warehouse and distribution operations through accurate recordkeeping Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
