Cancer is our cause. Make it yours, too. SUMMARY/JOB PURPOSE: Provide strategic scientific leadership for the biologics portfolio across discovery, translational sciences, and early development. Shape and execute biologics research and development strategies aligned with corporate objectives, leveraging deep expertise in antibody drug conjugates (ADCs), antibody therapeutics, protein engineering, multispecifics, and emerging biologic modalities. Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify, evaluate, and advance innovative therapeutic candidates from target selection through clinical proof-of-concept. As a member of the Biotherapeutics team, the Executive Director of Biologics Innovation & Strategy plays a key role in leading the efforts for advancing the development of antibody drug conjugates (ADCs) and other biologics for oncology-based molecules at Exelixis. The incumbent supports efforts in early development as well as post IND activities of ongoing and new biologics projects. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

#LI-HG1 Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across severalU.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The base pay range for this positionis $268,500 - $380,500 annually. The base pay range may take into account the candidate's geographic region, which will adjust the pay depending on the specific work location. The base pay offered will take into account the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and internal equity, among other factors. In addition to the base salary, as part of our Total Rewards program, Exelixis offers comprehensive employee benefits package, including a 401k plan with generous company contributions, group medical, dental and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, and flexible spending accounts. Employees are also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus program, or if field sales staff, a sales-based incentive plan.
