Now Hiring: Aerospace Electrical Test Technician

Location: Natick, MA (100% Onsite)

Pay Rate: $35-$40 per Hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

We are seeking a hands-on Aerospace Electrical Test Technician to support the assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and validation of advanced electrical and electronic systems. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in electronics testing, soldering, wire harness assembly, aerospace, defense, or R&D environments.

Key Responsibilities



  • Perform electrical, functional, and environmental testing of electronic systems and components
  • Troubleshoot circuit boards, wiring assemblies, and electrical systems to the component level
  • Conduct soldering and rework on fine-pitch components, BGAs, QFNs, and surface-mount devices
  • Build and repair custom wire harnesses using solder and crimp techniques
  • Assemble load banks, test racks, and test fixtures
  • Configure power supplies and support testing within laboratory and vacuum chamber environments
  • Assist engineers with research and development testing activities
  • Use diagnostic equipment including multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other electronic test instruments
  • Document test results and maintain compliance with quality and engineering requirements
  • Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and engineering documentation



Qualifications



  • Associate degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent technical experience preferred
  • Experience with electronic troubleshooting, testing, and board-level diagnostics
  • Strong soldering and rework skills for complex electronic assemblies
  • Knowledge of electrical fundamentals and electronic measurement techniques
  • Ability to read schematics and engineering drawings
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or laboratory testing environments preferred
  • Familiarity with IPC soldering standards and ESD practices is a plus
