Description
Transportation Supervisor Position Summary The Transportation Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Transportation Department, including valet attendants, bell staff, and drivers. This position is responsible for coordinating transportation services, managing dispatch operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and supporting team performance. The Transportation Supervisor leads by example and must be willing to assist with all departmental functions as needed. Key Responsibilities

Some college (preferred)
High School (preferred) Experience
Utilizes property management and transportation systems to oversee billing, staffing, reporting, and team training while supporting guest satisfaction initiatives. (required)
Manages transportation reservations, dispatch activities, and guest arrivals and departures while maintaining service standards and department performance. (required) Supervises daily transportation, valet, and bell operations, coordinating staff assignments to ensure efficient guest service and operational coverage.
