You will be at the forefront of shaping strategy, interpreting performance, and communicating critical insights that directly influence business decisions and campaign success.

We are looking for a highly analytical and outcomes-oriented professional to step into a pivotal role within the Paid Digital Media Strategy team. You will be instrumental in compiling comprehensive cross-channel reporting data, translating complex metrics into clear, actionable insights, and providing strategic recommendations to key stakeholders. Your expertise will be the foundation for understanding media performance across upper and lower funnel paid digital metrics, ensuring full funnel support for all campaigns. This role offers the chance to collaborate with diverse teams, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and define the future of marketing success for groundbreaking services.

What you'll do:



  • Compile and analyze cross-channel reporting data for paid social, display, video, and SEM campaigns, focusing on acquisition objectives.
  • Develop and communicate key insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, translating data into compelling narratives.
  • Partner closely with Strategy, Channel Activation Specialists, and multiple media agencies to align on campaign objectives, strategies, and tactics.
  • Summarize performance updates and communicate insights to product marketing leads, ensuring clear understanding of campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Measurement Instrumentation, Media Operations, and Ad Operations teams to maintain high data hygiene standards.
  • Define and measure short-term and long-term marketing success across various channels, identifying primary and secondary Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Leverage your expertise in digital advertising attribution, measurement, and modeling (e.g., incrementality, lift analysis, Measurement Plans, Testing, Marketing Mix Modeling) to drive informed decisions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies with a strong Quality Assurance mindset.


Must-Have Qualifications:



  • 5-7 years of digital advertising analytics experience, with a strong focus on reporting and insights for acquisition objectives.
  • Expertise in digital advertising attribution, measurement, and modeling (incrementality, lift analysis, Measurement Plans, Testing, Marketing Mix Modeling, etc.).
  • Proficiency with Excel and Keynote/PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
  • Excellent social, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Extraordinary data visualization and presentation skills, with a passion for data storytelling.
  • Outcomes and solutions-oriented mindset with a high sense of urgency.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work with agility and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skillset for Quality Assurance of data discrepancies.
  • BS/BA degree required.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:



  • Experience with SQL or Python.
