Are you a highly organized, visually-minded problem-solver with a passion for creative environments? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join a multidisciplinary creative group dedicated to conceptualizing, designing, and creating compelling content for a wide variety of digital products. In this pivotal role, you won't just keep things running; you'll be an essential force in ensuring the smooth operation and success of a vibrant creative studio, directly supporting a Group Creative Director and internal team managers. Your ability to anticipate needs, untangle complexities, and proactively find solutions will directly contribute to the creative output and strategic initiatives of the team, making a significant impact on the visual experiences delivered to a global audience.

What you'll do:



  • Act as a key support for a Group Creative Director in leading a multi-team creative studio.
  • Manage intricate calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and arrange meetings across senior leaders and teams spanning multiple offices.
  • Orchestrate travel logistics, including ground transportation, accommodations, and flights.
  • Provide crucial support for special projects, which may involve image research, presentation design, competitive analysis, and artist outreach for creative procurement.
  • Plan and execute team meetings and events, handling room reservations, facility coordination, catering, and diligently documenting meeting notes and follow-up actions.
  • Accurately track and submit expenses.


Must-Have Qualifications:



  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for email etiquette; your tone and clarity will represent the team.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and robust follow-through, understanding that the smallest details contribute significantly.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and effectively manage competing priorities with an organized, self-managing approach.
  • Proficiency in widely used productivity tools and collaboration platforms.
  • Familiarity with digital asset management and secure file organization/storage platforms.
  • A genuine passion for digital media and visual creative processes, including design, photography, and video/motion.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and highly adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Approximately 5 years of proven work experience within a design, advertising, or digital agency, or at a leading technology company.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:



  • Previous experience in a coordinator, assistant, or administrative support role.
