Job Description:

Job Summary
The Technical Talent Sourcer is responsible for identifying qualified candidates for technical positions across multiple geographic markets throughout the United States. This role focuses on researching resumes, identifying candidates whose experience aligns with client requirements, and delivering a consistent pipeline of qualified talent to the recruiting team. The Sourcer performs an initial evaluation of resumes to verify required skills, identify potential discrepancies or overstated experience, and ensure candidates generally meet position requirements before submitting them to recruiters for further qualification. This role does not conduct full recruiter interviews or manage the hiring process. Working closely with recruiters, the Technical Talent Sourcer helps reduce time-to-submit by providing qualified candidate pipelines for newly released client requisitions.
Responsibilities
  • Source qualified candidates using job boards, ATS databases, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruiting tools to build candidate pipelines for technical positions. 40%
  • Review resumes against job requirements, identify required technical skills and experience, recognize potential inconsistencies and present qualified candidates to recruiters. 35%
  • Partner with recruiters to understand hiring priorities, recurring technical skill sets, and geographic hiring needs. Continuously refine sourcing strategies based on recruiter feedback and client requirements. 15%
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, organize talent pipelines, and stay informed on industry trends, technical skill sets, and labor markets to improve sourcing effectiveness. 10%
KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
  • Deliver qualified candidate resumes quickly.
  • Understand recurring technical skill sets and client expectations. (Java, Full Stack, SDET, Data Engineers, Systems Analysts, Etc)
  • Build reliable talent pipelines across multiple U.S. markets.
  • Partner effectively with recruiters to improve submission speed and candidate quality
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) preferred.
  • 1+ years Recruiting, sourcing, resume research, or talent acquisition experience preferred.
  • Experience sourcing candidates for technical positions is required.
  • Strong ability to quickly interpret resumes and match qualifications to job requirements.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, major job boards, ATS platforms, and internet search techniques.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills Required
  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced, metrics-driven recruiting environment

Compensation and Benefits- In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $52,160 - $78,240. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
