What You'll Do

As an integral part of the design team, you will drive the creative vision for basketball apparel graphics, ensuring every piece tells a compelling story and captivates its audience. You will:

• Create original apparel graphics for basketball-focused collections, encompassing typography, illustrations, logos, marks, and seasonal graphic concepts.
• Develop compelling visual narratives that forge deep connections with athletes, consumers, and the broader sport culture.
• Lead the creative process from initial concept development through to final execution, ensuring design integrity and impact.
• Build engaging graphic design presentations, innovative visual concepts, and cohesive seasonal design stories.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional partners, including product development and other design teams, to bring concepts to life.
• Conduct in-depth research into cultural, sport, and graphic design trends to continuously inspire new and groundbreaking creative directions.
• Actively participate in brainstorms, design reviews, and product creation meetings, contributing your expertise and insights.

What You'll Bring

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced designer who is ready to make a significant impact. Your expertise and passion will be crucial to this role:

• 5+ years of experience in apparel graphic design, with a strong emphasis on tee-shirt graphics and print-based design.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing original apparel graphics, sophisticated typography, impactful illustrations, thoughtful layouts, and strong visual storytelling capabilities.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• A deep understanding of graphic design principles, including typography, color theory, composition, and brand identity.
• A genuine passion for basketball, sports culture, and staying ahead of consumer trends.
• Proven ability to translate complex creative concepts and narratives into impactful product graphics.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to clearly present and articulate design ideas to diverse audiences.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for sportswear, streetwear, or lifestyle brands.
• Experience with AI visualization tools and emerging creative technologies.
• Familiarity with 3D design tools such as CLO or similar platforms.
