Title:Dir Federal Regulatory Affairs The Dir Federal Regulatory Affairs is responsible for directing departmental and company activities at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), including the coordinated development of regulatory policy and compliance plans in support of corporate objectives, and general federal regulatory issues management. Manage various FERC activities, including communication of FERC rulemakings, orders, etc. that affect the Company and lead the response to these initiatives. Manage the preparation of analyses in support of the companies' federal regulatory activities, including periodic market-power analyses and FERC audits, rate cases and annual updates. Participate in formulating regulatory positions and policies, coordinating FERC issues and assisting in performing technical and compliance reviews of company filings. Serve as a primary contact for Energy Supply, Electric Delivery, Wholesale Marketing & Fuels, Federal Affairs, Legal Services, Purchasing, Treasury, and Finance with regards to FERC initiatives. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Economics or other related business major from an accredited college/university. Preferred: MBA or other graduate degree from an accredited college/university. Experience Required: 10 years of direct work experience in regulatory affairs, regulatory compliance, and/or regulatory processes. Supervisory Experience Required: 4 years of leadership managing a team, critical negotiations, and/or high impact/key initiatives. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (KSA) Required: Must be proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other PC-based software. OUR COMPETENCIES
