To be considered for this role, you must:



  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position
  • Be able to work the following schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What You Will Do



  • Manage project reporting, optimize resource utilization, and maintain project schedules, ensuring all project phases are meticulously documented.
  • Lead individual projects, identifying opportunities for improvement and providing strategic direction.
  • Facilitate workshops and committee meetings, presenting key results and fostering collaborative discussions.
  • Provide expert guidance on administrative processes and streamline workflow to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Offer expertise on policy and procedure, ensuring timely submission of essential documentation and smooth personnel functioning.
  • Coordinate the hiring process for new team members, including initial departmental orientation and compliance reviews.
  • Oversee the allocation of equipment and supplies, conduct periodic inventory reviews, and prepare facility reports.
  • Track and present cost management efforts at departmental staff meetings, contributing to financial stewardship.
  • Manage and coordinate various events, ensuring successful execution from planning to completion.
  • Serve as a key liaison, coordinating support requests from various departments and ensuring quality work is completed efficiently.
  • Ensure new hires have all necessary resources available precisely when and where they are needed.
  • Participate in assigned projects, completing tasks within specified timeframes, and perform other related duties as required.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple and diverse tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, evolving priorities.
  • Capacity to take direction and work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proven ability to independently seek out and obtain necessary information.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion in confidential situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and maintain a professional demeanor and composure with all levels of individuals, including leadership and colleagues.
  • Exhibits a professional approach to work, including a strong sense of responsibility for assigned duties.
  • Proficiency in preparing and managing accurate file systems consistent with standard office practices.
  • Ability to utilize critical thinking skills and time management principles to develop effective work plans and achieve goals.
  • Demonstrated ability and interest in learning new software programs as required.
  • Intermediate level proficiency using computer software systems including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other standard office equipment (e.g., copiers, facsimile).
  • Commitment to following safety policies and procedures and incorporating ergonomic principles into work habits.

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of complex organizational environments.
