Are you a highly skilled engineer passionate about bringing innovative consumer products to life? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join a pioneering team where your expertise will directly influence the development and mass production of cutting-edge hardware. In this role, you'll own critical design areas, tackle complex engineering challenges, and deliver high-quality components that delight users worldwide.

Role Responsibilities



  • Leverage deep technical knowledge to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable mass-production components, spanning areas like sheet metal, machining, anodization, injection molding, coatings, raw materials, packaging, thermals, and Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
  • Take ownership of specific user or consumer product design areas, materials, components, or systems of moderate complexity, guiding them successfully through various development milestones.
  • Apply advanced engineering fundamentals and analyze complex data to implement innovative and effective solutions for components and systems.
  • Proactively identify and resolve urgent, time-sensitive technical issues, ensuring project continuity and success.
  • Maintain transparent communication regarding progress and actively seek feedback to refine approaches and deliverables.
  • Anticipate and address potential product design issues or risks, performing thorough analysis and validation of designs using appropriate data, and proposing and implementing design improvements.
  • Influence cross-functional teams with your engineering expertise in areas such as Radio Frequency (RF), Antenna, Electrical Engineering (EE), Sensor, Materials Science, Operations, Contract Manufacturing (CM) Processes, or Sustainability.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture through collaboration and mentorship.
  • Develop and implement unique, innovative solutions at the component level.
  • Actively seek and integrate senior mentorship to foster continuous professional growth.
  • Where applicable, demonstrate design expertise through user- or consumer-focused influence in aesthetic areas like Industrial Design, User Experience, Graphical Artwork, Human Factors, Color, Material, Finish (CMF), usability, or serviceability.
