The Fleet Website Manager will operate as the business owner and Stellantis lead for the Fleet digital ecosystem, overseeing delivery of all fleet-related website content, tools, integrations, and customer experiences across Stellantis fleet platforms. This role will lead digital strategy focused on creating a world-class, frictionless research, shopping, lead-generation, and ownership experience tailored to commercial, government, and fleet customers. The Fleet Website Manager will lead annual planning efforts and scope definition to define, execute, and communicate Website strategy supporting Fleet Sales, Small Business, Commercial Marketing, Upfitter Programs, and dealer business objectives, while balancing content execution, technical delivery, and budget conformance. This role will manage performance and deliverables from primary digital agencies, ensuring strong project management, quality assurance, and alignment with enterprise digital standards. This role will focus on improving fleet lead conversion, customer satisfaction, engagement, and digital self-service capabilities to increase commercial sales opportunities and customer retention. The Fleet Website Manager will use data-driven decision-making to assess digital performance, customer behavior, and operational effectiveness to inform site strategy and roadmap prioritization. The Fleet Website Manager will support vehicle launch initiatives, fleet-specific product releases, incentives, commercial programs, and global website initiatives through planning, collaboration, and coordination with cross-functional and global teams. The Fleet Website Manager will have a strong understanding of digital marketing and enterprise web strategy, particularly around website execution within associated marketing and content management platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager. This role will work closely with Fleet Sales, Marketing, Product Planning, Analytics, CRM, Brand, Legal, Compliance, IT, and agency partners to ensure delivery of a unified and effective digital strategy.
