Client Services Associate Location: Remote (must reside in the Tempe, AZ area) Are you looking to launch a career in financial services with a company that invests in your growth and development? What You'll Do * Serve as a primary point of contact for financial professionals and investors, delivering exceptional service and support. * Handle inbound inquiries related to account services, transactions, and general account maintenance. * Research and resolve customer issues while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. * Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to document interactions and provide timely resolutions. * Participate in a structured training program that includes hands-on coaching, guided practice, and continued development opportunities. * Manage approximately 25 to 30 inbound contacts per day, with opportunities to expand responsibilities based on performance and business needs. Qualifications Required * Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. * 0 to 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. * High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership. * Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer applications efficiently. * Passion for helping others and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Preferred * Exposure to or education in financial services. * Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification. * Experience working in a team-based service environment.
