In this role, you will:
  • Evaluate patients experiencing physical, cognitive, or functional limitations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that support independence and safety
  • Help patients improve their ability to perform activities of daily living
  • Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications when appropriate
  • Educate patients and caregivers on strategies that promote successful recovery and long-term function
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other care team members to coordinate care
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes

Required Qualifications:

  • Current Occupational Therapy licensure in state of Oregon
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation
  • Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Good communication, writing, and organizational skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The hourly pay for this role will range from $37.95 to $56.95 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
