Salary range:
A reasonable estimate for this position is $55,000 - $194,800/annually. The hourly rate for this position is $26.35 - $93.30 hourly rate. The Division and Programs: Positions are dependent on extramural funding and research contract of individual P.I.'s. The ideal candidate should be self-driven and motivated, with research experience in a specialization is strongly preferred. Rank will be determined based on qualifications and experience. Junior Specialists - A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent degree) or equivalent research experience. Assistant Specialists - A Master's degree (or equivalent degree), or five years of experience demonstrating expertise in the relevant specialization. Associate Specialists - A Master's degree (or equivalent degree) or five to ten years of experience demonstrating expertise in the relevant specialization. Associate Specialists are normally expected to have a record of academic accomplishments, including contributions to published or in-press research in the field and a demonstrated record of University and/or public service. Specialists - A Doctoral degree (PhD/MD) (or equivalent degree) or ten years of experience demonstrating expertise in the relevant specialization. Specialists at full rank are normally expected to have a significant record of academic accomplishments, including contributions to published or in-press research in the field, professional recognition in the field, and a demonstrated record of University and/or public service.
