The Role

Presidio has an exciting opportunity for a Lifecycle Pipeline Coordinator to join our group.

In this role, the Lifecycle Pipeline Coordinator will collaborate with Senior Leadership and multiple teams to oversee, implement and enhance processes supporting Presidio's programmatic pipeline framework. This involves coordinating across multiple organizations to implement an efficient process that executes our programmatic pipeline initiative. Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills are a must along with being a self-motivated detail-oriented individual.

Responsibilities Include:



  • Own the execution motion of the programmatic pipeline framework
  • Implement process accountability with measurements during the execution and post execution results
  • Report and present to various audiences on the progress, metrics, and accomplishments
  • Track quarterly and annual goals for growth targets
  • Partner with Presidio Evolve lifecycle organizations to match opportunities to the correct customer criteria and lifecycle events
  • Partner with various Presidio Business Units for offer execution through pipeline generation
  • Partner with additional teams including marketing, sales enablement, revenue operations and others to provide a holistic motion and collaboration



Required Skills and Professional Experience:



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience and/or military experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, pipeline management, business operations, customer success, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Solutions, Finance, Operations, Vendor Alliances, and Executive Leadership teams.
  • Experience managing sales opportunities, pipeline activity, and forecasting processes within CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or similar systems.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity, account, and forecast data to support pipeline visibility and revenue predictability.
  • Track, analyze, and present pipeline health, sales performance, and operational metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Proactively identify stalled opportunities, process bottlenecks, and data quality issues, coordinating follow-up actions to keep opportunities advancing through the sales cycle.
  • Partner with sellers, sales leaders, and supporting teams to ensure timely completion of required tasks, approvals, and documentation.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adapt quickly to evolving business requirements, sales processes, tools, and reporting needs.
  • Solve operational challenges independently by leveraging cross-functional resources and driving issues to resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and accountability when managing customer, opportunity, and pipeline information.
  • Experience supporting technology, cloud, cybersecurity, digital transformation, managed services, or professional services sales organizations is preferred.
