Temple University's Beasley School of Law is searching for a Sr Administrative Specialist! Become a part of the Temple family and you will have access to the following: Hourly Rate Range: $17.60 - $22.70 per hour Position Summary The individual in this position with have thorough understanding of the department, law school, and university procedures and must be able to communicate these procedures to faculty, staff, and students as needed. This position will also coordinate the law school wellness initiatives, a large volume of internal and external records, the office calendar and activities, and assist in all aspects of student-facing programming such as orientation, registration, exam administration, and commencement. The successful candidate will have the ability to detect student needs and will possess a sensitivity towards difficult and unique situations. Performs other duties as assigned.
