What to Expect The Engineering Technician supporting the Metrology team will ensure that all products meet customer and company requirements by performing inspections of individual components, stampings, castings, and supplier parts. This individual will be required to learn and adhere to company policies, quality, including metrology processes and safety requirements. An effective candidate must have the ability to meet tight deadlines, have strong interpersonal skills, and communication skills. They need to be detail-oriented and critical thinkers. They must establish and maintain a professional working relationship with external and internal teams at all levels across the company. They will also be required to balance multiple projects, utilizing various skill sets in a highly dynamic and diverse working environment. They must be able to work independently but also be a strong contributor in small and large groups.
