Public Safety Lieutenant
Johns Hopkins Health System Lead with Purpose. Protect What Matters. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, employees, and physicians while promoting excellence in healthcare security operations. Position Summary The Public Safety Lieutenant serves as a frontline leader responsible for supervising daily security operations, developing staff, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and coordinating emergency response efforts. Salary Range: Minimum 27.46/hour - Maximum 48.06/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
