SUMMARY The Trauma Quality Management Coordinator will report directly to the Trauma Program Manager and Trauma Medical Director with a dotted line to the Sr. Director of Patient Safety and Quality. The Trauma Quality Management Nurse Coordinator works in collaboration with the Trauma Program Leadership to facilitate and coordinate the Trauma Quality Management Program throughout the continuum of trauma care for all injured patients that meet MIEMSS Trauma Registry criteria. Participates in trauma data collection with entry in to the MD Trauma Registry and Outcome database as indicated. In conjunction with the Trauma Program Medical Director and Trauma Program Manager, collaborates to ensure compliance with Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR) standards of Quality Management, provides Trauma Education to EMS, Nursing and Physicians, and develops and implements injury prevention programs specific to the trauma population at JHBMC JOB REQUIREMENTS Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Working Conditions
Salary Range: Minimum 52.76/hour - Maximum 81.78/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
