Aon's Climate Risk Advisory team provides physical and transition risk assessments, consulting services, and risk transfer solutions that support clients in understanding and managing climate-related risks. Our team comprises climate professionals spanning different regions, industries, and areas of solutions and is supported by a wider network of scientists, engineers, modelers, and risk specialists. Together, we offer actionable insights that aid clients in boosting resilience, improving decision making, and fulfilling their business aims. About the Role We are looking for an Associate Director, Climate Risk Advisory to assist with climate risk assessment delivery for power, renewable energy, digital infrastructure, insurance, and reinsurance clients throughout the Americas. As part of this visible role, you will integrate technical expertise, advisory capabilities, project oversight, and client collaboration to help organizations assess climate risk exposures and formulate actionable risk strategies. Working alongside clients and Aon professionals, you will deliver useful insights, optimize procedures, and advance creative climate risk initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Thesalary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $135,000 to $170,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
