Job Summary:

As a key member of a high-volume, fast-paced Inside Sales team, the Professional Aesthetics Liaison (PAL) Floater plays a critical role in supporting business continuity, driving revenue growth, and ensuring seamless customer coverage across the Revance Aesthetics portfolio. Reporting to the Inside Sales Director, the PAL Floater operates with a sales-driven, highly adaptable, and process-oriented mindset, stepping into vacant territories, providing interim account management support, and addressing evolving business priorities as needed.

The PAL Floater partners closely with Professional Aesthetic Consultants (PACs), Regional Directors, Customer Success, and other cross-functional partners to maintain customer engagement, generate new business, and preserve sales momentum during territory transitions. This hybrid sales role leverages phone, email, and virtual meetings to quickly establish customer relationships, support revenue objectives, and ensure a consistent customer experience across the organization.

Salary Range: On-target compensation of $100,000 - $105,000, plus uncapped commission potential

Responsibilities/Essential Duties:



  • Provide Territory Coverage: Serve as the primary inside sales resource for vacant territories, leaves of absence, onboarding periods, and other business-critical coverage needs. Quickly assess territory opportunities, maintain continuity, and drive sales activity to minimize disruption.
  • Adapt to Business Priorities: Demonstrate flexibility and agility by shifting focus based on organizational needs, changing market conditions, leadership priorities, and evolving territory assignments. Effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong performance.
  • Partner with the Field: Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Directors and Professional Aesthetic Consultants to support territory objectives, align on priorities, share customer insights, and drive business results. Build productive working relationships quickly across multiple regions and teams.
  • Drive New Business: Proactively identify, contact, and convert leads into new accounts through high-volume outbound calling, email outreach, social media engagement, and virtual meetings. Consistently uncover opportunities to expand market penetration and portfolio adoption.
  • Maintain Account Engagement: Support existing customers within assigned coverage territories by maintaining regular communication, addressing business needs, promoting portfolio solutions, and ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Lead Qualification & Conversion: Follow up on inbound leads and execute strategic prospecting activities to engage key decision makers, develop qualified opportunities, and advance customers through the sales funnel. Maintain a structured and disciplined sales process to support territory growth.
  • Deliver consistent Performance: Meet or exceed daily activity expectations, productivity standards, and sales objectives across varying territory assignments. Demonstrate resilience, accountability, and a strong drive for results in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Customer Experience Excellence: Act as a trusted partner for customers during periods of territory transition. Deliver responsive support, build credibility quickly, and foster customer confidence in the Revance Aesthetics portfolio and organization.
  • Administrative Excellence: Complete all required training, account documentation, CRM updates, and administrative activities accurately and on time. Maintain detailed records to ensure smooth transitions between sales team members and territory.


Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree & 1+ years' telesales, inside sales, or B2B sales experience.



Preferred Qualifications:



  • High-volume sales environment experience.
  • Experience in aesthetics, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales preferred.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-changing, goal-driven environment.
  • Highly competitive, financially motivated, and committed to exceeding performance expectations.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms for tracking, prospecting, and customer engagement.
