Description Support daily swaps operations and settlement activities for the derivatives business. Perform reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and research/resolution of reconciliation breaks. Reconcile and track broker fees related to swap transactions and ensure accurate processing. Assist with operational control initiatives, process improvement efforts, and reconciliation-related projects. Partner closely with team members to learn internal workflows while gaining exposure to FX operations and broader treasury-related functions over time. Skills Settlements, trade lifecycle, trades Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience performing cash and position reconciliations. Knowledge of operational risk management and control frameworks. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced financial services environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and operations teams. Continuous improvement mindset with an interest in process automation and workflow optimization. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of White Plains, NY. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.
