Advanced Emergency Med Tech PRN, Transport Services, As Needed

The Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT) provides intermediate level pre-hospital emergency medical care in response to 911 calls. This position performs patient assessments, delivers advanced interventions within the AEMT scope of practice, and ensures safe and effective transport to medical facilities. The AEMT works collaboratively with paramedics, EMTs, fire services, law enforcement, and hospital personnel to deliver high quality patient care and uphold the mission, values, and standards of the EMS agency.

**This role requires driving Norton Healthcare vehicles, which could include transporting patients and visitors. You must have a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record**

Required:

• One Year EMT
• Valid Driver License and Indiana (State) EMT Advanced Certification

Desired:

• One Year EMT Advanced
• High school diploma or Equivalent
