The Supply Chain Associate Program is Duke Energy's premier leadership and Supply Chain development program for innovative college graduates seeking a dynamic career in a variety of Supply Chain functions at the country's largest electric power holding company. This rotational program is designed to be a talent pipeline for future leaders and technical experts in Duke Energy's Supply Chain department. The program provides competitive experiences across a multitude of diverse Supply Chain environments that prepare participants to traverse into critical future roles. Each of the four, nine-month assignments may take place in any of the following Supply Chain areas: Sourcing & Accounts Payable, Operations & Analytics, Supplier Diversity & Sustainability, Compliance / Business Support Services and Organizational Effectiveness & Strategic alignment. Sourcing areas could include: Nuclear, Generation, Major Projects, T&D and Enterprise. Additional Preferred Qualifications Working Conditions: Specific Requirements: * Duke Energy Intern/Co-op Experience * Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Communications, or a related field.
