Senior Producer (Project Based)

Are you a seasoned video production leader ready to shape compelling narratives and elevate corporate communications? We are seeking a highly skilled and creative professional to spearhead internal and external video initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be the creative and logistical force, transforming strategic messages into high-impact visual content that resonates across the organization and beyond. Your expertise will directly influence how this company communicates its mission, values, and achievements, making a tangible difference in their engagement and outreach efforts.

Core Responsibilities

• Collaborate with corporate stakeholders to concept, storyboard, and draft talk tracks tailored to corporate messaging.
• Oversee videographers and team on location; maintain a high level of attention to detail to catch visual and audio issues in real time.
• Anticipate post-production needs during pre-production and on set-ensuring complete story coverage, building contingencies for unexpected schedule shifts, and actively course-correcting on set to secure ample footage for the edit team.
• Guide and manage video editors through post-production to ensure final deliverables align with corporate standards and narrative goals.
• Maintain clear, prompt communication across various communication platforms with executives, internal communications, and plant staff.
• Willingness to travel as needed (US-based) for shoots.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Producer with deep corporate video production expertise.
• Exceptional responsiveness and comfort in facilitating shoots with senior leaders and corporate executives, ensuring a professional and confident on-camera experience.
• High curiosity, strong problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail on set.
• Ability to navigate nuances, be a self-starter, and demonstrate systems thinking.
• Strong editorial skills and foresight to identify narrative gaps or footage shortfalls in real time, making quick calls on set to ensure comprehensive coverage for post-production.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
