We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinatorto support our Talent Acquisition team with recruiting, candidate communication, onboarding, reporting, and administrative activities.
Responsibilities

  • Support TA Specialists with interview scheduling, phone screens, job offers, and other recruiting activities.
  • Guide candidates through the hiring process from application through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Coordinate and track background checks, drug screenings, and DOT compliance requirements to ensure candidates are cleared to start on schedule.
  • Support recruiting for entry-level hourly positions as needed.
  • Communicate first-day instructions and coordinate new hire orientation.
  • Monitor and respond to the HR Recruiting mailbox with timely and accurate communication.
  • Assist the TA Manager with recruitment reports, process documentation, and team projects.
  • Support updates and improvements to the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruiting/onboarding processes.
  • Partner with the TA team to enhance employment branding and job postings on candidate-facing platforms.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and promptly resolve candidate questions or concerns.


Qualifications

Required:



  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Positive, professional, and solution-oriented approach.


Preferred:



  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Previous recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience.

This role may involve periodic adjustments in responsibilities based on business needs and the coordinator's growing experience. Successful candidates will have a proactive attitude, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a commitment to supporting the TA team in achieving its recruitment goals.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
o High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related
field is preferred.
o 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support, ideally in a fast-paced
environment.
Skills and Competencies:
o High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

o Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
o Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) preferred.
