We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Talent Acquisition Coordinatorto support our Talent Acquisition team with recruiting, candidate communication, onboarding, reporting, and administrative activities.

Education and Experience: o High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred. o 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Skills and Competencies: o High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. o Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. o Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively. o Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) preferred. o People-oriented and customer-service focused, with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
